HOW MANY CORPORATE VICE PRESIDENTS DO YOU KNOW WHO HAVE WON AN OLYMPIC MEDAL AS WELL AS TWO GREY CUP FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP RINGS?

Meet Bob Molle and you will know at least one person who has done all three!

Bob is a former Vice President of Sales for a leading information solutions company. He now runs his own business in consulting, performance coaching and real estate development.

Bob “walks the talk” in business success. As a Director of Sales, Bob was recognized for achieving 455% of his annual sales goal in one year. He also coached every member of his sales team to reach President’s Club — for the first time.

Bob has extensive knowledge of sales models, principles and tools as well as human resources systems and applications. Surpassing expectations by setting, monitoring and measuring goals is a personal passion. Strategic relationship management and advanced problem-solving skills are also key strengths.

At age 21, Bob won a silver medal in wrestling at the Los Angeles Olympics, only 18 days after major back surgery. He went on to play professional football for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers for 7 years, winning the Grey Cup with the team twice. Bob was Captain of the 1992 Winnipeg Blue Bombers and coached the University of Manitoba Wrestling team to a National Championship. He has won many national titles and has been inducted into several sport Halls of Fame. Bob is a devoted husband and proud father of three children. He continues to coach amateur sports in his community.

Bob Molle’s personal recipe for success is “Get Comfortable Being Uncomfortable” — and he lives it every day, both professionally and personally. His positive attitude, sense of humour and constant drive to set and achieve new goals are inspirational.

“If improved performance is what you’re after — I would be delighted to share with you my personal recipes for success to help you achieve your goals.”       Bob Molle

“You … brought a lot of energy and passion into the room. Your enthusiasm is contagious.”

“Your teaching through real life stories provided an everlasting memory of the lessons you helped us learn.”

“Bob, what makes you so believable is that you’re an average guy who has achieved extraordinary success. That really inspires people.”
